- подобрать стихи по теме и выучить их.

HOUSEWORK

1.

I hate housework it’s such a bore

Dusting and sweeping is such a chore
That pile of ironing I’ll put out of sight
Perhaps I’ll do it tomorrow night
Sink full of dishes and shopping to do
Put on the kettle let’s have a brew
The dog to be walked and the kids to be fed
And all he does is lay in bed
Do the weeding, mow that grass
If only I was upper class
A cleaning lady I would get
Housework I could then forget
Until then I’ll just have to cope
Put on the telly let’s watch a soap

Housework’s such a waste of time
Cleaning all that filth and grime
You scrape and wipe the filthy glass
You shine and polish all the brass

I’d love to have a nice clean pad 

But all this work seems very hard
You polish, hoover dust and then
You need to start to clean again

I cannot ever seem to rest
This cleaning’s put me to the test
When I sit down to watch TV
Dust and grime is all I see

Toenail clippings on the floor
Ketchup on the larder door
Dirty tidemark round the tub
All these things to clean and scrub

If I wasn’t such a lazy slob
I’d just get on and do the job
Instead I sit on - my fat butt
Or go out strolling with the mutt

Should I give up and get a life
Or should I be a dutiful wife?
The problem isn’t all that great…
I’ll just sit down and contemplate

___do the shopping                                                   ___empty the bin

___do the washing / the laundry                               ___cook lunch for the family

Be careful!	housework = cleaning the house homework = work a teacher gives students to do after classes.
	do the shopping = for food and things for everyday life go shopping = for clothes, presents, etc.
